He brings over 35 years of experience in Malaysia's financial industry, beginning his career in corporate banking with Citibank Kuala Lumpur before moving into venture capital with Walden International in 1991. He has successfully managed five VC/PE funds, including as SVP and CEO of Mavcap.

His expertise spans deal origination, investment structuring, startup scaling, corporate governance, and post-investment management. He played a key role in listing startups on the KLSE. As a trustee of Lembaga Zakat Selangor for nine years, he led IT governance reforms and institutional transformation towards world-class standards of transparency and accountability.

Edward Allen

He is a Histology graduate from Liverpool University, has over 40 years of experience in retail management, consultancy, and organizational transformation. He built and sold a chain of 80 TV rental shops before launching a global consultancy spanning the UK, Europe, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

From 1989 to 2002, he held senior roles at the British Post Office, leading service transformation initiatives. Now based in Malaysia, he lectures MBA students and consults for MARA, among others. Rahim Zakaria

With over 36 years of experience, he began his career at MIMOS in 1986, contributing to the MIMOS-SAPURA SCADA system. He gained international experience customizing SCADA software in the UK for Petronas Gas. He later held key engineering and leadership roles at Alcatel, Celcom, Huawei, MAS, and Fusion Allied System.

At Celcom, he led the development of an international-class Network Management Centre. With Huawei, he managed major telecom projects, including TM's NGN and Maxis' FTTH. As CTO and Technical Head at Areno-MICTH, he led tower consolidation and fiber service initiatives. His expertise spans SCADA systems, telecom network management, project management, fiber infrastructure, and systems integration.
