• Full turnkey consultancy job for a Malaysian-Philippino joint venture company who was interested to apply for a fixed and mobile license. The scope of work involved the preparation of concept paper on fixed and mobile networks and services, preliminary report on the business plan, application for the license, technical and commercial presentation to the Regional Legislative Assembly and to the Regional Governor on behalf of the client, preparation of a detailed business plan (due diligence), site survey, market research, network design and overall project management.
• Fiber optic network technical feasibility study in Bangladesh. The scope of work involved commercial evaluation of current network in Bangladesh, technical assessment of the current network, recommendations, new network design and interconnections with other network elements.
• Analog and digital FM broadcasting: application for an operating license on behalf of a client. The scope of work: full turnkey - application for the license, preparation of business plan, network design and overall project management until the completion of Phase I implementation.
• Digital cordless access: application for a license on behalf of a client. Scope of work: preparation of business plan and assist client in applying for the license.
• Wireless metropolitan area network: Client has already obtained a license. Scope of work: preparation of a detailed business plan, network design, advice on the tariff structure and assist in formulating strategic alliances.
